The Family group calendar now appears in the Outlook.com groups area in the left nav on Outlook web and in the groups area of the Outlook mobile Outlook Fix Blog app. We're aware of an issue where some users see the error message "Your message can't be displayed right now". Microsoft has released a Windows Hotfix file to remove the contacts folder synced by the Teams app. This fix will also lead to a reduction in the total number of contacts on your contact list.

Sometimes, Outlook might not work if other Office-related processes are still running. You can end all office-related processes in task manager to ensure a fresh start. Begin by creating a brand-new profile for Outlook and set it up with a POP email account. If it opens successfully, the problem isn’t with Outlook but with the PST file from your previous account, which can be damaged. You must have at least three user accounts on the computer to complete these steps. If your antivirus software isn't up-to-date, Outlook may not function correctly.

This happens to accounts that are configured in the iOS Mail app. The issues documented in this section have been reported after installing the recent updates listed below. We're investigating the issues and will update this page when a fix is available. In the meantime, please use the workarounds suggested for each issue.

As your mailbox size increases, more resources are required to open each folder. If you have a large number of items in any single folder, you may experience performance issues during certain operations. Follow these methods to resolve the Outlook stuck on loading profile issue. If your antivirus software includes integration with Outlook, you may Outlook Fix Blog experience performance issues. You can disable all Outlook integration within the antivirus software.

Ending these processes forces Outlook to start cleanly. To keep up with new viruses as they're created, antivirus software vendors periodically provide updates that you can download from the Internet. Download the latest updates by visiting your antivirus software vendor's website. If repairing your Outlook Fix Blog Microsoft 365 programs didn't resolve your issue, move on to the next step. Once this step is complete, the user will land in their Outlook inbox and be able to use all Outlook functionality with this new email address. Although the repair process might recreate some of the folders, they may be empty. The Lost and Found folder contains any folders and items recovered by the repair tool that Outlook can't place in their original structure. If you're using an Exchange email account, you can delete the offline Outlook Data File (.ost) and Outlook will recreate the offline Outlook Data File (.ost) the next time you open Outlook.

If you have email messages in an email program, you must import your email messages and addresses to the new user profile before you delete the old profile. If everything is working correctly, you can now delete the old profile.
